Requesting Deletion of Your Data

BodyBar Studio (operated by Digiworks Agency S.R.L.) lets you delete data we hold about you in connection with our Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp channels, as well as bookings made through bodybar.studio.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your booking, or include enough information for us to identify you (Meta profile name, the BodyBar Page or @bodybar.studio IG account you contacted, approximate date of last message). Subject line: “Data deletion request”.

We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email with a deletion reference code.

What gets deleted

• Your Messenger / Instagram / WhatsApp conversation history with BodyBar Studio.
• Your booking records (unless retention is required by Moldovan tax or consumer-protection law, in which case the data is restricted from further use until the retention period expires).
• Your contact details on file.

Automatic deletion via Meta

If you remove the BodyBar Studio integration from your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete your data within 30 days without further action on your part.
