Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the BodyBar Studio website at bodybar.studio and any communication channels we operate (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, telephone, email).

1. Service description

BodyBar Studio offers massage and wellness services at Decebal 99C, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, and provides booking and customer-support communications online. The service is operated by Digiworks Agency S.R.L. (IDNO 1025600061636).

2. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking, to honour or cancel appointments in good time, and to communicate respectfully with our staff. You may not use our channels for unlawful, harassing, or commercial-spam purposes.

3. Bookings, cancellations, and payment

Bookings made via book.bodybar.studio are reserved upon submission. We may require cancellation notice of at least 4 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Payment is accepted at the studio at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos, the “BodyBar Studio” brand) is the property of Digiworks Agency S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Moldovan law, Digiworks Agency S.R.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or messaging channels. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Chișinău.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our communication channels at any time for breach of these Terms.
